Respective British Caribbean governments have all agreed to US bases, November 22 1940

Respective British governments in Bermuda, the Bahamas, Jamaica, Antigua, St. Lucia, Trinidad and British Guiana have all agreed to US bases and the land to be used. Although discussions of jurisdiction and administration will need to be agreed, that these discussions should take place in London, and that construction can being before lease agreements are signed except St. Lucia where a delay until June 1941 is required.
