Discussion between the US Secretary of State, US Ambassador to the UK and the British Prime Minister along with FO Official Ivone Kirkpatrick in regards to the plan that the US were proposing to defuse the conflict. In included German withdrawal of troops from Poland and Bohemia, rapid disarmament of belligerents, and a plan for economic reconstruction. It also included the Prime Minister's lack of confidence in Herr Hitler and teh ability of the disarmament plan to work.
